Thai Foot Reflexology

Thai Foot Care in the lineage of What Po Thai Traditional School in Bangkok, Thailand. Brought to the United States and taught thru the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.

Sessions for 60min or 90min, offering traditional foot bath. Soothing foot session for relief and relaxation. Loving care of your feet including reflexology points, essential oils, and warming cloths.

Reiki & Sound Healing

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. Reiki is helpful for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying on hands. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more in a state of balance and joy. Reiki relieves pain, anxiety, and fatigue, Treats depression, enhances quality of life, boosts mood. Reiki may also be used to treat headache, tension and insomnia.

I offer 3 large singing bowls for sound healing when requested or needed for grounding and optimum relaxation.

Qi Gong is a gentle movement practice based in the teachings of Chinese Medicine. Qi Gong is a 5,000 year old practice for overall body health that incorporates movement, sounding, meridian therapy, diet, and lifestyle support.

We work together to look at the areas of primary and secondary nutrition.
